Hello!

I've decided to start this blog to gain more exposure for my business. I currently work with Hale Financial Partners in Scottsdale, AZ. Carnegie First Lending Services and Hale Financial Partners merged this past week. With the combined experience of both companies, I'm excited to see the growth of our businesses. A lot has happened within the lending industry in the past 12 months. I've seen many friends and acquaintances have to leave the Real Estate Industry for other work. I hope to remain as one of the few standing once our Real Estate Market takes a turn for the better.

My experience is pretty broad with my niche being the Native American Loans for construction on tribal Indian lands. I have so far assisted Native American home buyers on the Navajo, Salt River-Pima Maricopa, San Carlos and White Mountain Apache communities. I'm currently working on a construction loan on the Ft McDowell Indian Reservation.

Home buyer seminars are held in the Phoenix area to First Time Home Buyers. These seminars are generally sponsored by the Phoenix Indian Center. Currently we have a $10,000 Navajo Grant which we generally will layer with other city and county grants towards the buyers down payment and closing costs.

Hale Financial Partners is also very well informed with Commercial Lending. Other loans we provide are FHA, VA, Conventions, Jumbo, Non-Conforming, Private Money and Hard Money Loans. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

With your success in mind,

Tess Sage-Robinson
