Navajo Housing! Looking for eligible applicants

This is exciting news and has been a long time passion for me, to assist with providing energy efficient housing to areas of the Navajo Nation. I partnered with Bee Hoogan Foundation (Kaibeto, AZ), Indigenous Development Collaborative (CA) and Excel Homes. Our goal is to create housing subdivisions in areas of the Navajo reservation in need of housing with existing infrastructure established to minimize the cost to new homebuyers. We are currently focused on these areas with more locations to come: Kaibeto-AZ, Tuba City-AZ, Gallup-NM, New Lands-AZ, and Twin Arrows-AZ. Rehab purchase loans

I'm excited to share with you that I will be putting more emphasise on rehab/purchase loans.   I'm hearing from my clients the lack of homes available which are move-in ready and the competition against cash investors in the market.   To provide more opportunities to homebuyers, I have partnered with Randal Kaufman with Academy Mortgage to promote rehabilitation purchase loans such as the 203k and now the 184 Rehab loan.  The HUD 184 loan is a Native American Loan which allows for purchase, rehab, construction lending which I'm currently licensed to orgination in all of Arizona in the city, rural and on tribal Indian lands.   Contact me at 480.788.4316 or apply online at www.tessrobinson.com.
